Teaching

I’m a teacher at heart and have spent almost twenty years in the classroom. I channel my instructional experience and expertise into intensive workshops exploring mindfulness, stress-management and emotional intelligence. Workshops provide the time and opportunity to explore ourselves and our daily practices with greater awareness and depth.

Speaking

Speaking gives me the opportunity to share my passion with others so that they might be inspired to live a more intentional and conscious life. I give keynotes on a number of topics related to mindfulness, stress-management, and emotional intelligence and well-being.

As a wellness advisor, I work directly with individuals and small groups that are deeply committed to improving their well-being. By entering into an advising relationship, you commit to examining how your present circumstances, perspectives, and habits shape your well-being. Through improved self-awareness and self-regulation skills, you are empowered to create and pursue meaningful personal and professional goals that represent your deepest sense of value, meaning, and truth.
