The process arises from the unique needs and interests of individuals and organizations and not from a paint-by-numbers approach to individual and/or organizational well-being and performance. Consequently, designing successful and meaningful coaching experiences, talks, and workshops tailored to the unique needs of individuals and organizations is a deeply collaborative process. My work is to serve you and/or your organization as a facilitator and partner in the change management process.
Typically, the process unfolds in the following four steps:
Introductory discussion(s): You reach out and we discuss your needs and interests and if and how I might be able to successfully address them.
Draft a plan: I create and propose a vision draft of what a coaching, speaking, and/or retreat experience might look like for you and/or your organization. Based on your feedback, the plan is revised until it matches a vision that honors what we both want from the experience.
Execute the plan: Together, we share a coaching, speaking, or retreat experience.
Reflect and discuss: Once the coaching, speaking, or retreat experience is completed, we discuss how it went, how we could improve it, and what you want to do moving forward.
