The Mindful Breathing Workbook for Teens
Teens learn breathing skills rooted in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), so they can stay grounded, find calm, and shift out of bad moods quickly. By developing their own internal strategies for managing stress, they will feel more empowered and in control—even when faced with difficult situations beyond their control.

Matthew Dewar, Ed.D., is a professional educator, speaker, author, and clinical mental health counselor in training. His passion lies in helping individuals from all walks of life cultivate emotional resilience through stress optimization, which led him to found Matt Dewar, LLC, and develop the Stress Better® Framework—an evidence-based guide for enhancing learning, health, and performance. He has shared this framework with collegiate and professional athletes, Fortune 500 executives, universities, high schools, first responders, and military personnel. His work has been featured on TEDx, NPR, Thrive Global, the National Wellness Institute, and various podcasts. He is also the author of Education and Well-Being: An Ontological Inquiry and The Mindful Breathing Workbook for Teens.
